What this verse means
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. — John 14:27
It's not telling you to force the worry away. It's offering you a peace to hold on to even inside the worry. Even if you're shaken today, that peace is still yours.
